The National Agency for the Promotion and Rationalisation of Energy Use (APRUE) is launching, on behalf of the Ministry of Energy and Renewable Energy, an open national call for expressions of interest to select air-conditioning manufacturers interested in participating in the ‘Promotion of High-Performance Air Conditioners’ project, which forms part of the 2026 National Energy Management Programme.

This project aims to provide financial assistance from the State to households and small-scale commercial premises, to enable them to replace their old, energy-inefficient air-conditioning units with energy-efficient equipment.

Conditions for participation:

This call for expressions of interest is open to all operators and legal entities incorporated under Algerian law that qualify as national manufacturers of air-conditioning units. Manufacturers interested in this Call for Expressions of Interest are invited to complete the application form for the tender specifications available on the agency’s website: https://www.aprue.org.dz and send it to the following email address: pnme@aprue.energy.gov.dz

The envelope containing the expression of interest must bear the following wording:
